Purchasing and shipping

I want you to be happy with your new art so if you have any questions please contact me at emilyburgoineart@gmail.com.

I aim to accurately depict art works as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due between browsers, screen settings and devices.

How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Is Shipping included?

Yes, the shipping cost is added at the checkout. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

How soon will I receive my art?

Orders are packed and shipped within 5 working days. Once shipping has been arranged I will contact you with the estimated delivery date, and a tracking number if applicable. If you need delivery by a specific date, please drop me an email at emilyburgoineart@gmail.com to let me know so I can make the necessary arrangements to make sure it reaches you in time. (There may be an extra charge for fast-tracked deliveries).

Can I collect my art from you?

If you reside near Harvington, Worcestershire, then absolutely you can collect your artwork from my studio once a suitable date and time has been agreed. Local delivery can also be arranged.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges due to import taxes.

What if my art has arrived damaged?

All art is carefully wrapped and packaged and photographs of condition prior to shipping are kept on record in the unlikely event of damage in transit. However, if a piece of art has been damaged during transit please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.
